Are all of the blank tags you use really made in the USA? waving-flag-3

Yes they are! We have taken great care in sourcing blanks that are manufactured right here in the USA. Even the split rings that attach the tag to the collar are made in the USA. We do not use materials from any other country even though the cost is often times much lower. Our customers appreciate the fact that we support American businesses and use USA produced materials.

 

How come the letters aren’t all straight and aligned perfectly?

That is the nature of a completely hand-stamped, handmade tag. Each letter is individually placed and then stamped with a special hammer onto the tag which gives each tag a unique look. No two tags will ever look alike because this process is not programmed into an automated machine. Depth and spacing will always be slightly different compared to the photo on the website.

Why can’t you stamp on both sides of the small tag?

At only 3/4″ in diameter, the tag is just too small for additional letters or numbers on the back without ruining the shape of the tag or the design on the front.

How come there’s some small indentations on the back side of my tag?

When a tag is stamped on both sides, sometimes there can be a slight shadowing from the stamping on the other side. Due to the handmade nature of the product, the pressure used to strike the letters/numbers/symbols with our special hammer is never exact, so there can be some shadows. We make every effort to align the stamps on two-sided tags to prevent the shadowing. We will only ship tags to you that we would be proud to have on our own furry best friends. If we are not happy with the way a particular piece is made, we will remake it before sending it out to you.

Will you stamp anything on a tag?

Yes and no. Please keep in mind that we do reserve the right to cancel any orders that request inappropriate suggestions or language.

Do you accept returns?

Since all pieces are custom made, we cannot accept any returns and that is why it is very important that you carefully review any custom information before hitting the “Place Order” button. If we have made a mistake on your order and we didn’t catch it before it was posted to you then we will remake that tag at our expense. If you made a spelling or telephone number mistake and did not contact us right away to correct the error, there is nothing we can do to stop the order once it is in production. We will remake your item at a discounted price but you must contact us as soon as possible so we can get started on your new tag. Is your site secure?

Yes, we have an SSL certificate so all transmissions and communications are encrypted and protected.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to shop on your website?

No PayPal account is required. PayPal accepts credit cards as a form of payment without having a PayPal account.

What are the shipping options?

Since these tags are lightweight and easy to ship, we offer free USPS First Class mail as an option if you do not require tracking information. We also offer USPS First Class Package shipping with tracking for an additional charge.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our average production time is 7 to 10 days. We post packages every day of the week so as soon as your order is finished, it is ready to ship. Our shipping point is in Houston, Texas. During holiday periods, production can take a bit longer due to the volume of orders. Please note that the USPS does not guarantee a specific time-frame for their regular First Class mail service. If you really have an emergency rush order situation, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will be happy to let you know if we can meet your deadline.

I love the product but can you make a totally custom order for me?

Yes we can as long as what you would like stamped on the tag will fit in the space. We have added a Custom Tag option for the large size but if you would rather discuss it with us prior to ordering, please contact us via email with your request.

What is the cut-off date for Christmas 2016 orders?

This year our last day to accept orders in time for Christmas will be December 12th. With Christmas falling on a Sunday this year, the cut-off point is a few days earlier than normal to ensure all of our Christmas orders are shipped by December 17th.
